XenseAuto AI provides AI-assisted vehicle diagnostic suggestions based on user-submitted video and photos. Results are informational only and are not a substitute for inspection by a qualified mechanic.

2. No Warranty

Diagnoses, severity ratings, cost estimates, and recommendations are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You assume all responsibility for any action taken based on the output.

3. Limitation of Liability

XenseAuto AI is not liable for any damage to vehicles, property, injury, or financial loss resulting from use of the service.

4. Account & Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and not abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

5. Payments

Paid scans and subscriptions are billed in NZD. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
