What we collect

• Account info: email, display name.
• Scan data: videos, photos, vehicle type, and AI-generated diagnoses.
• Usage data: timestamps, scan counts, subscription status.

How we use it

To provide diagnoses, store your reports, manage subscriptions, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Storage & security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls so only you can read your scans. Videos and photos are stored in a private bucket.

Third parties

We use AI providers (e.g. Google, OpenAI) to process media for diagnosis. Media is sent only for the purpose of generating your report.

Your rights

You can delete any scan from your Reports page and request full account deletion by contacting us.
