Refund Policy

All refund requests are reviewed and investigated before approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
Eligible cases
- You were charged but the scan never produced a diagnosis due to a system error on our side.
- You were double-charged for the same purchase.
- A subscription auto-renewed within 48 hours of the renewal date and was not used.
Not eligible
- You disagree with the AI diagnosis. Results are best-effort estimates.
- Poor quality video or photos that prevented a clear diagnosis.
- Scans already consumed from your balance.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
How to request
Email tawhaidaniel@gmail.com from the address on your account with:
- Date of purchase and amount
- Scan ID(s) involved (from your Reports page)
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputed accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
